Home Wreckanomics

Looks like Sick Of It All was involved in the making of a cookbook/home style type project called Home Rockanomics. Here's a quote from the band's post: "You'll find SOIA in there a few times - including decorating with our t-shirts, and Lou's favorite breakfast recipe!". Ridiculous. Give it a look.

Go It Alone posted a list of the projects being pursued by its former members. Some quality acts in there.

Strike Anywhere, Four Year Strong, Title Fight and This Time Next Year are going to be playing in Detroit on Feb 8th at the Magic Stick. Top notch.

The Almost have a new album out entitled Monster Monster. Other than that, they will be playing Soundwave in Australia late February - March.

Boys Night Out members Connor Lovat and Jeff Davis have a side project going called Hard Calibres, and they've released a 5 song demo available through their myspace. Here's the blog. http://www.myspace.com/hardcalibersmusic

There has been a movie named Good Clean Fun. Here's the description "The inspiring, slightly fictionalized true story of a young woman's struggle to get through college, fall in love, and book a band. Directed by Issa Diao". More info here.

"The Economy Sucks, Let’s Party" Tour will be coming through Detroit, stopping at the Magic Stick on January 12th. Featuring Anti-Flag with Aiden, Cancer Bats, and The Menzingers. Voila.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, y'all.
